FAQs
How long will shipping take?
Our production process involves creating items based on orders received, and it typically takes us 8-9 days to complete the manufacturing process. Once your item is ready, we will be able to ship it to you with a tracking number.
Can I pay in installments? How long will it take for me to pay?
Yes, I try to make it as easily as possible for my customers to get the jewelry they want without hurting their wallets/purses, so a layaway plan is available. We can quickly agree to a period and pricing plan that will allow you to pay worry-free. Here are the ground rules:
• Initial payment required: 20%.
• When the item is 60% paid, I will make the item and keep it for you until it’s fully paid.
• When the item is 100% paid, I will send it to you.
• If, for any reason, the item is not completely paid, we’ll charge you a 20% restock fee.
• You will get a refund for the rest within 2 business days after the cancellation of the order.
• Due to the nature of the work involved in these type of orders, layaway orders are not returnable.
Are Platinum Rings Refundable?
Everything in our shop is returnable for a full refund except for platinum rings and custom-made orders.
Platinum rings (other than custom orders) are subject to the following:
- Returns - 30% Restocking fee + The shipping fee that was paid
- Resizing - $55 Fee
Can I cancel my order after placing the order?
You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order after it's been placed. However, please be aware that any cancellations made after this period will incur a 40% restocking fee for all items. It's important to note that since each item is meticulously handmade, canceling an order during production causes significant losses for our small business.
Important: Ring size confirmation
In the United States, one standard is used for sizing, but in reality, there's a lack of specific dimensions due to errors from adopting a common commercial article as a pattern. To ensure accurate sizing and avoid complications, please refer to our size guide chart: [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size]. We strictly adhere to the US standard, crafting rings with precise inner diameters according to this chart.
If you base your order on a current ring, kindly verify that its inside diameter matches the corresponding size from the chart, within +/- 0.1mm tolerance. We won't be responsible for incorrect size orders, and resizing post-order incurs additional fees. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business.
