The YELLOW SAPPHIRE center stone is NOT  included in this price , as the price of gemstone vary with the quality. All gold or platinum pieces are stamped with the metal type on the inside. All pieces are custom made, so it takes some time to complete them. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
