How long will my order take?

Made-to-order pieces ship within 2 to 3 weeks; ready-to-ship items ship in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time is added on top. See our shipping and returns policy.

Can I pay in installments (layaway)?

Yes. We want everyone to be able to get the jewelry they love, so we offer a layaway plan. Email us and we will agree on a payment schedule together. The ground rules:

• Initial payment: 20%.
• When the item is 60% paid, we make it and hold it for you until it is fully paid.
• When the item is 100% paid, we ship it to you.
• If a layaway order is not completed, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the rest is refunded within 2 business days of cancellation.
• Because of the work involved, layaway orders cannot be returned.

Can I change my order?

Small revisions that reuse the original design are free: adjusting stone size, prongs or ring size before production. Changes that need a complete redesign carry a change-order fee that depends on the request. Examples of a complete redesign: increasing the band width (the whole structure must be remade), changing the shape or size of a stone, or changing the metal purity after casting (production starts over).

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we are custom jewelry designers and love bringing ideas to life. Contact us with your idea and any reference images.

What is your return policy?

Everything in our shop can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, except platinum rings and custom-made orders. Platinum rings (other than custom orders) can be returned with a 30% restocking fee plus the original shipping fee, and resizing a platinum ring costs $55. Details are in our shipping and returns policy.

How do I find my ring size?

We follow the US ring size standard and make every ring to an exact inside diameter. Every ring page has a size chart under "Find your ring size". If you are going by a ring you already own, check that its inside diameter matches the chart within 0.1 mm. Because rings are made to the size you order, resizing after an order is placed carries an additional fee, so please confirm your size first. Not sure? Contact us before ordering and we will help.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the US are paid by the buyer on delivery.
